Very satisfied with the experienced vet that we’ve seen for the last couple of years

Followed kirsty form a previous vets she work for. She's seen to me since my first dog. Decent vet with plenty of experiences etc and straight talking

I have been regularly visiting Valentine’s Castleton for around 5 years with my dog Lottie. The staff are all very friendly and caring with Lottie. Appointments are always easy to book and the pet plan is really helpful. Would highly recommend Valentine’s!

I have known some of the vets here a long time, from other practices. They genuinely care about animals.not just a job . Prices are well standard. You can't escape taxes wherever you go. All round good service.staff and premises are nice

Second year Luna, our rescue Dachshund, and a less nervous owner, has visited for her teeth to be cleaned. Last year we had 6 extractions, but this year due to the diligence and care of Lynn we just needed a deep clean. The staff are fantastic, friendly and caring. Lynn is an amazing person and vet. It is clear the love she has for animals. Took so much care of Luna and we have a clear plan for the coming years to try to keep her teeth for as long as possible. See you all next year, for the smile month, hopefully just more cleaning but whatever she needs I have so much trust in Lynn and the team that I am so relieved we found this vets. Highly recommended.

Fabulous vets. Never struggled to get an appointment, helpful having one in Middleton and Castleton so can always see a vet when needed. Kirsty at castleton is amazing, so friendly so knowledgeable. Would highly recommend valentines vets, greeted warmly when arrive staff happy to assist in anyway they can!

We have been coming to Valentines Vets for nearly 3 years with our cats Duck and Toast. The vets are always lovely and gentle with our cats, whichever vet we see. All of the staff are friendly too and the waiting room is bright and has a cats only area. Would recommend to all pet owners :)

I honestly can’t imagine there’s a better vets out there. The whole team at Castleton have been out of this world. Most of the time a vets is ‘just a vets’ but when it counts and your fur baby needs help these guys go wayyyy above and beyond. I was unfortunately in a position where my dog was chronically unwell. They worked around the clock to think of solutions and make sure she was getting the help she needed. The best part though is how at ease my dog always was and still is going here, the amount of love and care this whole team put into her was outstanding, I felt at ease leaving her in there care knowing they would do their absolute best. They made me feel supported, no question was a silly one and they explained things in a way I understood. I can tell from the numerous times I’ve been here that the whole team love their job and that shines through. I can’t thank this vets enough for how they treated myself and my lovely Ember. We’ve still got a bit of a road left to travel to get her to full health but I wouldn’t ever consider going anywhere else. I highly recommend this vets. When it counts, they really do go above and beyond in every way and I trust them wholeheartedly!
