Always reliable and caring rachel sorted my beautiful new girl out bonnie shes come on a treat from when I got her and always sorts my old beautiful sunny out some before and after pics thank you ❤️

I’ve been with Peter Fenton for the past 3 1/2 years and he never disappoints! Peter is absolutely amazing with my pony very patient and kind! Would recommend this vets to anybody! The girls on the phone in the office are always so lovely as well!

Appalling customer service. After being with the vet for 5 years+, I had an appointment booked for dental work for my horse which they cancelled 90 minutes before. When I called the practice this was apparently because I hadn’t paid for the appointment before 11am on the day. Not only was I not informed about this protocol but I also called at 11.10am as I had been working in the morning. When I eventually got hold of the head of the practice, after multiple phone calls which were not returned. He was very unsympathetic and did not acknowledge why I was so upset about the huge inconvenience of the last minute cancellation as I had taken the afternoon of work unpaid for the appointment. I have decided to move to a different vet after the service I have received from Peter Fenton. I can confirm the service I have been given, even as a new client, at the vet I have moved to has been much more satisfactory. My advice would be to avoid.

Peter and Mo came out for the first time to do a dental on my horse Guinness. They were wonderful! Friendly but professional. On time and prepared with everything they needed. They were lovely with Guinness and took a few minutes to ask about his story. Their reception team are prompt at replies and answered all my questions about costs etc. They came highly recommended to me and I now would recommend them to anyone for equine veterinary care.

As Peter Fenton is an Equine (horse) Vet you cannot take your animals there as you would to a small vetinary practice. You call the vet & they visit you! The Receptionists are all really caring & helpful. You can ring with a query & the Receptionist will ask a vet who is usually out visiting other horses. However you ALWAYS get an answer & your horse may need to see a vet as they can't really diagnose over the Phone. If you have an emergency they are usually there within the hour. I have been with Practice for 11 years & would not go anywhere else!
